Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in programming/systems analysis, focusing on applications and systems architecture design and development, as well as database and middleware technologies
- Strong ability to make independent judgments
- Familiarity with Lottery Systems is preferred
- Understanding of data processing principles and terminology
- Competence in organizing and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Communication skills to keep supervisors informed on relevant job information
- Prior experience as a SharePoint developer
- In-depth knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Frameworks
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services
- High-level coding capability
- Problem-solving skills for complex software issues
- Detail-oriented approach to work
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
- Develop custom workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
- Design, create, and maintain flows, actions, and triggers
- Create and maintain documentation to support automated solution development
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues within workflows
- Identify areas for process enhancement and automate manual tasks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess their requirements and find suitable solutions
- Develop and execute tests to verify the accuracy and reliability of automated solutions
- Work alongside developers, system administrators, and stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of automated solutions
- Design and develop automated processes, workflows, and APIs using Microsoft Power Automate
- Integrate existing systems with Power Automate for process automation
- Analyze user requirements to create appropriate solutions
- Troubleshoot and debug automated processes and workflows
- Monitor and maintain the performance of automated processes and workflows
- Develop and maintain documentation for Power Automate workflows
- Research and recommend new technologies to enhance process automation efficiency
- Collaborate with teams to assure compatibility and interoperability of automated systems
- Configure company SharePoint systems according to specifications
- Develop new web components utilizing XML, .NET, SQL, and C#
- Design, code, and implement scalable applications
- Extend SharePoint functionalities with forms, web parts, and application technologies
- Test and debug code as necessary
- Evaluate website interface and software stability
- Address and resolve various software issues
- Maintain and update SharePoint applications
- Provide system training to staff and customers
