Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support (help desk, internship, or exposure to MSP preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (including users, groups, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint).
- Basic understanding of PC troubleshooting, networking, and printing.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to pursue industry certifications to enhance skills and contribute greater value to our team.
- Personable, dependable, and capable of representing ArchitectNow positively during on-site client visits.
- Residing in the St. Louis metro area with access to reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients experiencing IT challenges.
- Provide help desk support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and applications.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including:
- User and group management in Entra ID / Azure AD
- Outlook / Exchange Online mailbox setup, permissions, and troubleshooting
- Addressing issues related to Microsoft Teams collaboration, meetings, and calls
- Supporting OneDrive and SharePoint access, permissions, and synchronization
- Managing licensing assignments and troubleshooting
- Perform basic networking and hardware tasks:
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, switches, and connectivity issues
- Set up and troubleshoot printers
- Provide on-site support in St. Louis for activities such as:
- Device setups and deployments
- Hands-on troubleshooting
- Networking and printing solutions
- Escalate more complicated issues to senior engineers while documenting your actions.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience through professionalism, friendliness, and effective communication.
