Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in developing B2B SaaS products
- In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, sales processes, or Revenue Operations (RevOps)
- Proven experience in designing complex workflow-oriented software
- Systems thinking capabilities with strong product intuition
- Ability to thrive in early-stage startup environments
- Familiarity with AI-infused SaaS products is preferred
- Background in creating data-heavy SaaS solutions is advantageous
- Bilingual skills in English and Chinese are a plus
Responsibilities
- Define the minimum viable product (MVP) roadmap and essential workflows
- Design intelligent revenue processes for accounts and opportunities
- Convert AI functionalities into actionable product features
- Collaborate closely with AI engineering and design teams
- Contribute to shaping the long-term vision for the product
