Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical discipline
- Over 8 years of experience in Product Management for B2B enterprise software, including at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing other Product Managers
- Extensive understanding of PLM, preferably Aras Innovator, and comprehensive knowledge of Mechanical CAD software including APIs, assembly structures, and metadata
- Familiarity with 3D geometry, tessellation, and the concept of Digital Twin
- Demonstrated capability to mentor Product Managers in managing technical trade-offs and navigate complex stakeholder interactions
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers, focusing on ECAD, ERP, and platform integrations
- Implement standardized Product Management frameworks (Agile methodologies, PRDs, prioritization strategies) to ensure seamless delivery across all XPLM integration products
- Collaborate with leadership to convert business objectives into a multi-year product roadmap aligned with Arass platform updates
- Define the strategy for mechanical data mapping, transformation, and synchronization within the Aras ecosystem for products like SolidWorks, NX, CATIA, and Creo
- Own the roadmap for 3D viewable generation and Digital Mock-Up capabilities to facilitate cross-enterprise collaboration
- Direct the conversion logic for complex 3D assemblies into actionable PLM Bills of Materials (BOMs)
