Solution Architect - Cloud & Integration

- Lead the design of comprehensive solution and data architectures, covering ingestion, processing, storage, and visualization layers. - Establish strategies for cloud-native or hybrid infrastructures that facilitate high-volume data processing and real-time analytics. - Create Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and foundational components for data pipelines (e.g., ETL) to validate architectural integrity. - Assess and select suitable data stores (Relational, NoSQL, Graph, Vector) based on specific use case needs such as latency and consistency. - Analyze existing data systems to pinpoint bottlenecks and develop strategies for optimization and enhanced query performance. - Provide technical leadership and ensure adherence to best practices across various domains, including CI/CD and documentation. - Cultivate an in-depth understanding of the company’s technology infrastructure, applications, and data flows to identify opportunities for enhancement and efficiency. - Execute migration of on-premise infrastructures to cloud-native frameworks. - Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for deploying data services. - Maintain expert-level knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their native data services. - Exhibit strong skills in batch and stream data processing. - Demonstrate advanced programming expertise in Python or Java, along with expert-level proficiency in SQL. - Manage and query various database systems, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Cassandra, Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery. - Understand enterprise architecture concepts, including business and information architecture.
