Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree required, masters degree preferred
- A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in general management with full P&L responsibility, ideally in the food, facilities, or retail service sector
- Demonstrated leadership and experience in fostering robust client relationships
- Strong understanding of management best practices and proficient business analysis/project management capabilities
- Ability to comprehend large, intricate global operations and leverage this insight for strategic direction and operational enhancements
- Business acumen to effectively engage with executives in pursuit of organizational goals
- Expertise in business planning to successfully execute strategic initiatives with evolving business landscapes
- Proven track record in overseeing multiple projects and resources remotely within a widespread organization
- Established capacity to identify and cultivate top talent while fostering an environment that encourages initiative and continuous learning
- Superior communication and presentation abilities across diverse audiences, including clients, front-line managers, and C-level executives
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of operations including sales, finance, human resources, and customer service, with full P&L accountability
- Drive sales growth within the current client base while ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate short- and long-term operational strategies, as well as lead their design, development, and execution for timely and cost-effective outcomes
- Foster a productive, motivated team through effective communication, empowerment, recognition, and coaching
- Maintain close relationships with partners across functional departments such as Sales, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Compliance
- Work alongside business leaders and key stakeholders to inspire change and implement innovative business processes
