Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical service or IT support role
- Degree, diploma, or relevant industry certifications (A+, Network+, MCP, ITIL, etc.) preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Must reside within reasonable driving distance of our Corporate Office in the Burlington area
- Reliable vehicle in good working condition, as travel is required to various locations across Ontario
- Flexibility to work varied hours as needed
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
- Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems and Apple products
- Experience performing PC and Mac hardware repairs and upgrades
- Familiarity with troubleshooting antivirus software
- Experience supporting Android and other mobile devices
- Proficient in using help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Basic networking knowledge
- Strong ability to troubleshoot effectively over the phone
Responsibilities
- Provide help desk assistance for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and phone systems (both remote and on-site)
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Apple devices
- Support Microsoft 365 administration and manage user accounts
- Deploy and provide support for custom and licensed software applications
- Maintain system documentation and IT asset records
- Assist with hardware setup, rollouts, and the deployment of new systems
- Manage software licensing and procurement processes
- Support audio/visual equipment for meetings and corporate events
- Assist with procurement and billing processes for IT equipment across various departments
- Participate in a rotating schedule for after-hours and weekend on-call support
