Requirements
Must:
- Expertise in software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices (microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures)
- 12-15 years of progressive experience in solution architecture roles, including at least 5-7 years as a Senior or Principal Solution Architect
- Familiarity with leading E-commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Adobe Commerce
- Deep knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystems and their integration methods
- Practical knowledge of ServiceNow for IT demand management
- Understanding of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD, and automation practices
- Awareness of application and data security, regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Proven track record in Retail and E-commerce (B2C) and B2B industries, with insight into their business models and technological prospects
- Ability to effectively communicate architectural decisions and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities
- Experience in fast-paced environments with evolving demands

- Provide technical guidance and governance to development teams, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and best practices
- Contribute to defining, implementing, and managing architectural governance processes and standards
- Oversee the operational elements of the architectural review board (ARB) process

- Engage with stakeholders to align architectural strategies with business objectives
- Evaluate and communicate complex architectural concepts to diverse audiences
- Continuously assess and enhance architectural frameworks to adapt to changing technologies
