Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related area, or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as a software developer
- Proficient in C/C++ programming
- Experience with native C/C++ systems programming preferred
- Knowledge of driver or kernel-mode development
- Skilled in complex systems debugging
- Familiarity with verification tools, either static or runtime
- Background in security research and vulnerability identification
- Experience in building or integrating AI agents
Responsibilities
- Develop and validate next-generation driver platform components (WDK, HLK, Platform, etc.) to enhance security and reliability
- Troubleshoot intricate driver or kernel-mode issues across a variety of hardware configurations
- Examine security challenges and pinpoint vulnerability patterns to strengthen the driver ecosystem
- Collaborate with Windows teams and hardware partners to provide robust and certifiable drivers
- Lead AI-first engineering initiatives through the creation and integration of AI agents into development, validation, debugging, and certification workflows
