Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a relevant field
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with robust business product ownership abilities
- Solid expertise in AI and data science, particularly in prompt engineering for large language models (LLMs)
- Strong problem-solving capabilities accompanied by a strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional groups
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience with various SaaS AI platforms, including translation, content generation, media editing, product data quality evaluation, data enrichment, and SEO optimization
Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of AI and automation capabilities based on specified business process requirements across various content and workflow management platforms
- Develop and execute AI-driven automation strategies to enhance content management and product onboarding, thereby increasing speed-to-market
- Engage in hands-on prompt engineering for large language models (LLMs) to create tailored prompts and responses
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers across different platforms to enable unified AI services and automation solutions
- Act as a technical liaison to coordinate with internal IT teams, external system integrators, and third-party AI SaaS providers for the implementation and integration of AI solutions
- Utilize data science techniques to improve product data quality, accuracy, and processing efficiency
- Apply technical skills in Python, SQL, and JavaScript to support the implementation of AI-based automations
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, share progress, and ensure alignment with business goals
- Enable capabilities to monitor AI confidence scoring and KPI reporting for ongoing AI and automation output optimization
