Requirements
Must:
- 5-7 years of experience in product design with a strong visual arts background.
- Proven strong graphic design foundation that surpasses mere interaction design.
- Expertise in Figma, including advanced functionalities with components and variables.
- Significant experience with and contributions to design systems.
- A required portfolio exhibiting high standards of visual design for consumer-oriented digital products.
- Strong grasp of visual design concepts, such as typography, color theory, layout, and iconography.
- Experience collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams and managing projects from conception to execution.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic environment, adept at balancing creative vision with project timelines.
- Bachelors degree in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts, product design, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Design engaging, visually striking features for users interacting with AI-enhanced content feeds.
- Create clear and compelling visual narratives that effectively convey complex concepts to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and content strategists to define and deliver influential product features.
- Work efficiently within a sophisticated design framework, ensuring uniform and scalable designs across the platform.
- Employ a keen attention to detail to achieve pixel-perfect execution and a high-quality finish in all releases.
- Team up with motion designers to effectively integrate animations and micro-interactions that enhance usability.
- Contribute to design reviews, clearly articulating the reasoning behind visual choices to foster alignment among various stakeholders.
- Stay informed about emerging design trends, AI innovations, and consumer content behavior to inspire and drive creative solutions.
