Requirements
Must:
- 10+ years of experience in IT, specifically in business or data analysis
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Tableau, Confluence, Clarity, and Microsoft Office Suite
- 6+ years of experience in application development and complex systems
- Hands-on coding experience with SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., SAS, Palantir Foundry)
- Familiarity with database tools including Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft SQL Database
- In-depth knowledge of the banking and financial sectors, including payment processing systems
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to facilitate requirement elicitation sessions and document requirements clearly
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and conduct gap analysis related to payment acquiring services and settlement functions
- Define future state business architecture and create process flows
- Conduct data analysis and design data architectures to support back office systems
- Identify and gather business and technical requirements for the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Facilitate collaboration sessions with internal and external resources to discuss requirements
- Interpret functional and non-functional requirements, applying mathematical concepts as needed
- Manage documentation of Business Requirements throughout each stage of the SDLC
- Support integration testing cycles and ensure alignment of technical specifications with business needs
- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and effectively present information to various stakeholders
