Requirements
Must:
- Senior proficiency in at least one modern programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, PHP, C#, etc.)
- Experience in PHP and React is preferred, with a willingness to engage in these technologies as part of our primary stack (React, Laravel, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in backend and/or frontend development with a focus on delivering production systems
- Strong skills in database management and SQL, including schema design and optimization
- Proven experience managing features or subsystems from initial design through to deployment
- Familiarity with AI-powered development tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) is preferred
- Possession of a public GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket profile is a plus

Responsibilities
- Design, create, and sustain backend and frontend systems with a focus on robust testing and observability
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers from various domains to define and deliver solutions
- Evaluate and enhance code for quality, maintainability, and design excellence
- Assess implementation complexity, readiness for market, scalability, and durability
- Provide mentorship to colleagues and foster a culture of continual improvement
- Take ownership of features from start to finish: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
