Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of practical experience with NetSuite in a functional or business systems analyst role
- Extensive knowledge of SuiteFlow, saved searches, SuiteAnalytics, and report generation
- Proven track record of collaborating with non-technical business stakeholders to articulate and document business regulations
- Solid understanding of pricing mechanisms, discount policies, and SKU governance within a product-driven environment
- Experience with ERP integrations, preferably with platforms like Shopify, 3PL, or other retail/e-commerce systems
- NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification is a bonus
- Background in consumer goods, manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Manage the configuration of NetSuite, including saved searches, dashboards, and SuiteFlow workflows
- Collaborate with department leads to gather, document, and refine business rules — including pricing logic, discount frameworks, inventory parameters, and SKU management
- Transform business needs into coherent ERP configurations to ensure efficient IT integrations
- Create and uphold KPI dashboards for key stakeholders
- Oversee visibility and reporting for multi-warehouse inventory
- Minimize manual processes by documenting and streamlining operations within NetSuite
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for ongoing integrations and the rollout of new NetSuite features
