Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in SAP Callidus
- Experience with PL/SQL
- Familiarity with Unix
- Knowledge of Agent Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Expertise in SAP HANA
Responsibilities
- Configure and develop SAP Callidus to create and maintain compensation rules and optimize compensation plans
- Integrate and manage data between SAP Callidus and landing pad databases, utilizing APIs for seamless interoperability
- Automate recurring tasks using UNIX shell scripting for enhanced efficiency and reduced manual effort
- Oversee the end-to-end agent lifecycle management, including version control and database synchronization
- Integrate SAP organizational data into workflows and adjust processes according to changing business structures
- Design, develop, and maintain Crystal Reports for operational and analytical reporting
- Utilize Oracle PL/SQL to build ETL processes and support large-scale data integration and reporting needs
