Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong expertise in ETL Production Support
- Demonstrated knowledge of IDMC and Informatica components
- Proficient in Oracle and SQL Performance Tuning
- Skilled in Shell Scripting and automation techniques
- Familiarity with Autosys for job scheduling
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Datadog
- Knowledge of ticketing systems like Jira and ServiceNow
- Understanding of cloud platforms and their environments
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux command line and scripting languages (e.g., Python)
Responsibilities
- Monitor production systems, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot technical issues
- Track incidents against service level agreements (SLAs) and implement root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
- Manage and maintain workflows in cloud environments using Informatica and IDMC components
- Migrate workflows from traditional Informatica to IDMC seamlessly
- Debug and analyze code for Informatica, Spark, Oracle, and Shell scripting
- Keep detailed documentation of system operating procedures and performance reports
- Assist in code deployments and migrations across various environment stages (Development, SIT, UAT, Production)
- Employ Unix/Linux commands and SQL for querying databases, tuning performance, and implementing automation solutions
- Utilize monitoring tools and engage with ticketing systems for effective incident management
