Requirements

Must:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within B2B SaaS, particularly with data-centric or AI-enabled products. - Demonstrated ability to leverage data for prioritization and success measurement; familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, or SQL is beneficial. - Strong comprehension of how AI technologies can enhance product functionalities. - Proficient in leading technical discussions with engineering and simplifying intricate concepts for diverse audiences. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. - Proven record of delivering impactful web or mobile products from initial concept through launch. - Enthusiastic about education and driven by the creation of tools that facilitate the roles of school leaders.

Responsibilities

- Define and advance the product vision for your designated area, ensuring coherence with overall company objectives, user requirements, and market prospects. - Create and implement a strategic roadmap grounded in qualitative insights and extensive data analysis to achieve long-term business goals. - Discover opportunities to incorporate AI functionalities that enhance product usability, intelligence, and value while guaranteeing features meet distinct user objectives. - Collaborate with leadership to establish measurable objectives (OKRs) and monitor outcomes against essential business metrics. - Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, confirming that new features are validated, well-constructed, and yield measurable impacts. - Partner closely with engineering and design to convert business goals and user needs into data-guided product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Define success metrics for features and experiments, creating dashboards or reports to observe adoption, engagement, and performance over time. - Ensure that AI capabilities are transparent, ethical, and easily comprehensible for users to adopt. - Conduct market and competitive assessments, utilizing data to pinpoint positioning opportunities and shape strategy. - Collaborate with Data and Research teams to transform signals into explicit, actionable priorities. - Actively engage with users and analyze usage patterns, NPS, and behavioral trends to derive actionable insights. - Utilize customer feedback and performance data for continuous product functionality improvements. - Act as a mentor and guide to junior product managers, aiding in their skill development with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making. - Assist in formulating and implementing best practices across the product team, particularly concerning product discovery, measurement frameworks, and interpreting metrics. - Promote cooperation among product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment. - Communicate the product vision, strategy, and results clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, including data-supported justifications for decisions. - Present product updates and business cases focusing on KPIs, ROI, and user behavior metrics. - Distill complex technical and analytical insights into concise, actionable recommendations and strategic proposals.
