Requirements
Must:
- 4–8+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or endpoint security
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon
- Strong troubleshooting skills and Tier 3 support experience
- Proficient in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience in deploying sensors at scale (Intune, Jamf, SCCM, Ansible)
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoint internals
- Familiar with federal cybersecurity frameworks
Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure CrowdStrike Falcon sensors across Windows, macOS, Linux, and cloud environments
- Manage Falcon modules, including NGAV, EDR/XDR, Identity Protection, Device Control, Firewall, and ZTA
- Act as Tier 3 escalation for complex endpoint security issues
- Investigate threats utilizing Falcon Insight and Real Time Response features
- Tune policies, IOAs/IOCs, and detection rules
- Integrate Falcon with SIEM/SOAR platforms such as Splunk, Sentinel, and Elastic
- Maintain platform health, sensor coverage, and reporting functions
- Automate deployment and configuration tasks using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or API integrations
- Ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity standards (NIST, CISA directives, Zero Trust)
Description
We are seeking a skilled CrowdStrike Engineer to become an integral part of our team at either of our client sites in Washington, DC or Columbia, SC. This position involves supporting a federal cybersecurity program, where you will oversee configuration, deployment, and Tier 3 support of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform in a large enterprise setting. This is a hybrid role requiring one day per week in the office.
