Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in creating or managing automations, internal tools, or business systems in a no-code, low-code, or technical operations capacity
- Competence in breaking down unclear problems into structured, actionable workstreams
- Strong judgment with the ability to make decisions in uncertain environments
- Proficient in no-code / low-code platforms (Airtable, Make, Zapier, CRMs)
- Capability to design database schemas and data models that fulfill product and user needs
- Technical literacy to read code, grasp system architecture at a high level, and pose effective technical inquiries
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading client calls independently
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of client delivery from start to finish; lead client meetings, provide updates, and maintain ongoing communication
- Design and document automations using platforms such as No-Code Tools (Make, Zapier) and CRMs (Monday.com, Zoho, AirTable)
- Convert vague client requests into clear problem definitions that developers can easily comprehend
- Establish priorities, timelines, and quality expectations for developers; review features under development and assist developers with product or user-related queries
- Adapt and excel in ambiguous settings, working autonomously to keep delivery on track even when information is limited
