Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Over 5 years of experience in software development, ideally in enterprise, ERP, or financial software sectors
- Expert knowledge in:
- Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, optimization)
- C# / .NET Framework and .NET Core
- ETL scripting and data transformation workflows
- RESTful API integration and data exchange formats (JSON, XML)
- Proven success in leading technical projects or implementations for enterprise clients
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar source control and CI/CD platforms
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior technical contributor on customer implementation and data conversion initiatives, delivering solutions based on established requirements through to completion
- Offer guidance and technical assistance to fellow developers as the team expands
- Aid in developing standards, documentation practices, and reusable technical resources to enhance consistency and delivery over time
- Design, develop, and refine data migration pipelines from legacy systems into The Mortgage Office SQL Server database
- Engage in data mapping and analysis activities to identify schema discrepancies, dependencies, and validation needs
- Build and execute ETL processes and validation tools to assure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity
- Create customer-requested modules, integrations, and automation tools aligned with defined requirements
- Leverage The Mortgage Office API and related technologies to facilitate data exchanges between systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to pinpoint repeatable solutions and boost implementation efficiency
