Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of professional software engineering experience since graduation
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
- Proficient in Python and familiar with ML frameworks such as PyTorch and Hugging Face
- Proven ability to create APIs and data pipelines with a focus on system design, testing, CI/CD, and cloud deployment
- Experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation to enhance model performance in real-world applications
- Preferred: Familiarity with knowledge graphs, recommendation engines, or rules engines
- Preferred: Understanding of AI observability and monitoring tools
- Preferred: Collaborative experience with backend engineers to deploy AI models as microservices
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage production-ready AI pipelines for document ingestion, OCR, and entity extraction
- Utilize LLMs and retrieval-augmented techniques for precise data classification, employing rules and graph-based models to illustrate connections between borrowers, entities, and assets
- Collaborate with the team to create an interactive in-app experience that allows users to analyze and act upon data insights
- Establish observability and feedback mechanisms to track model performance, implement human-in-the-loop validation, and continuously enhance accuracy
