Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree with over 8 years of experience (5+ years in backend development)
- Master’s degree with more than 6 years of experience (5+ years in backend development)
- PhD with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Equivalent professional experience will be considered
- Proficiency in Java 21+ and Spring Boot 3+
- Experience with RESTful APIs and SQL, including relational databases such as PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with OpenID Connect, Keycloak, or similar Identity and Access Management tools
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Strong emphasis on writing clean, testable, and efficient code
- Excellent communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and sustain scalable backend services
- Collaborate effectively with backend engineers and cross-functional teams
- Advocate for clean coding, robust architecture, and optimal engineering methods
- Engage in code reviews, testing procedures, and CI/CD workflows
- Provide mentorship and support for other engineers
