Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in Microsoft Azure DevOps and management of CI/CD pipelines
- Practical experience with Salesforce DevOps and deploying Salesforce products
- Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and the related development lifecycle
- Knowledge of automation tools, version control systems, and release management methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
- Capable of effective collaboration in a remote team setting
- Experience with Salesforce DX and contemporary DevOps methodologies (preferred)
- Background in large-scale government or enterprise projects (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance the DevOps processes for Salesforce development and deployment
- Design, execute, and manage CI/CD pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps
- Conduct Salesforce deployments and handle release cycles across different environments
- Work alongside developers, admins, and project teams to optimize deployment workflows
- Integrate automation for build, testing, and deployment processes
- Monitor deployment pipelines and resolve issues to maintain stability and reliability
- Manage version control and uphold best practices in release management
- Continually refine DevOps processes and deployment strategies
