Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in SAS programming and software development
- Proficient in SQL for data manipulation and querying
- Hands-on expertise with SAS ETL processes
- Familiarity with the SAS Viya platform
- Skilled in PROC CAS and PROC CASUTIL
- Experience with SAS to SAS Viya migration projects
- (Preferred) Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- (Preferred) Exposure to cloud-based infrastructure and containerized environments
- (Preferred) Understanding of performance tuning and optimization techniques
- Bachelors degree is required
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and sustain SAS-based solutions focusing on performance and scalability
- Conduct migration from SAS to SAS Viya, inclusive of data, ETL procedures, and application components
- Create and enhance SAS ETL workflows utilizing SAS Viya tools
- Utilize PROC CAS and PROC CASUTIL for in-memory data processing and management
- Set up and maintain SAS Viya environments and their associated applications
- Ensure code integrity through comprehensive testing and performance tuning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-oriented solutions
- Develop and uphold technical documentation and standard operating procedures
