Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience using Microsoft Project
- Expertise in status reporting
- Background in providing PMO support
- Familiarity with Jira (preferred)
- Knowledge of Confluence (preferred)
- Understanding of Agile methodology (preferred)
- Experience with Requirements Traceability Matrix (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Compile weekly and monthly status reports using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Create and update project work plans utilizing Microsoft Project
- Establish and manage Jira boards and workflows
- Assist in coordinating logistics for co-location
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help in maintaining project documentation and governance artifacts
Description
We are seeking a PMO Analyst to join our team, located in Boston, MA. In this role, you will support project operations and governance activities, ensuring effective coordination and execution across various initiatives. We offer a collaborative work environment where you will gain hands-on experience in PMO functions. Please note that we are only considering candidates currently residing in Boston.
