Must:
We are seeking a skilled IVR Application Developer with expertise in Node.js, Genesys Cloud CX, and Docker. The ideal candidate must have a strong proficiency in Node.js (JavaScript), experience with Genesys Cloud CX, Docker, and GCP Cloud Run, along with proficiency in Java and Python. You should also have experience with WebSockets and RESTful APIs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Responsibilities
As an IVR Application Developer, you will:
- Build IVR applications using Node.js, Genesys Cloud CX, and Dialogflow.
- Utilize Docker for deployment on GCP Cloud Run.
- Develop RESTful APIs and implement WebSocket functions for backend integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document development processes.
- Enhance call flows, reduce handling time, and improve user experience.
Description
Preferred skills include React.js, Kubernetes, and Genesys Engage. Experience in team management or leadership roles is also a plus. This position is full-time or contract, with a pay rate of $80.00 per hour and requires in-person work.
