Requirements
Must:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Consultant supporting technology or digital products
- In-depth understanding of business processes and product functionalities
- Practical experience working within Agile or Scrum frameworks
- Proficiency in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs
- Experience in facilitating User Acceptance Testing and defect tracking
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar Agile management platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into clear, structured functional specifications
- Draft user stories and establish detailed acceptance criteria
- Engage actively in Agile and Scrum activities, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-up meetings
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams to ensure successful product delivery
- Identify gaps in requirements and suggest functional solutions
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing by supporting business users, validating functionalities, logging defects, and coordinating resolutions
- Monitor and manage defects using tools such as Azure DevOps
- Communicate proficiently with stakeholders from both business and technical teams
- Contribute to a product-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
- Offer conceptual insights on UI and UX considerations
