Requirements
Must:
- 10-14 years as a Technology Architect, SDET, or QE Leader with strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, or Java.
- Established experience in designing automation frameworks or developer tools for large engineering firms.
- Proficient in Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and safety evaluation methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI systems and orchestration tools such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Experience implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) for real-time automation and CI/CD integrations.
- Background in highly regulated sectors such as Energy, Utilities, Nuclear, Healthcare, or BFSI.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of comprehensive AI Quality Engineering frameworks and testing standards.
- Automate validation pipelines and uphold model governance across AI, ML, and GenAI solutions.
- Spearhead enterprise-wide assurance initiatives while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with teams on defining and enforcing AI/ML quality standards and risk controls.
- Communicate effectively on test strategies, risks, and governance readiness with stakeholders.
- Establish guidelines for prompt quality standards, agent monitoring, and data lineage.
