Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with 3+ years of experience in missile defense programs or related defense fields
- Active Secret Clearance
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Proficient in software development using Python, VBA, or MATLAB
- Understanding of DoD software tools like AFSIM and MDASim
- Familiarity with missile defense threat systems and threat modeling practices
- Experience with missile defense or DoD large project systems and test analysis preferred
- Knowledge of project design and software integration from start to finish to optimize wargaming processes
- Comfortable gaining knowledge in DoD visualization tools such as Qlik Sense and Power BI for data visualization and communication
Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support to the MDA Chief Architects Warfighter/International Integration office in wargame requirements development, campaign planning, and analysis
- Enhance and develop software packages to assess missile defense-related system capabilities
- Conduct analysis through modeling and simulations related to wargaming efforts
- Implement best practices from DoD test and evaluation analysis processes in the context of MDA wargaming
- Engage in communication during working group meetings with over 50 participants to support MDA/CAC wargame campaigns
- Create clear and concise written materials for MDA personnel and warfighters based on wargame processes and software integration
