Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Computer Science is advantageous.
- Relevant work experience may be taken into account.
- 1–2 years of practical experience supporting various operating systems: Windows, macOS, and Chrome OS.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client support requests.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting client issues remotely.
- Ability to interpret and work with technical documentation, including network diagrams.
- Solid problem-solving skills and experience in utilizing search engines for quick solutions.
- Basic understanding of networking principles and concepts.
- Eagerness to independently learn new technologies and solutions.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to our clients and assist their end-users effectively.
- Utilize industry-standard tools and troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues alongside Level 2 and Level 3 Network Engineers.
- Monitor and maintain client networks to guarantee their availability and performance.
- Keep precise documentation of cases and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Participate in client visits for support tasks and projects when necessary.
- Join the engineering on-call rotation after approximately 6–9 months of full-time service.
