Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in network infrastructure design and implementation
- Strong understanding of network protocols and security standards, including HIPAA
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage cross-functional projects
- Availability for on-call support during business hours and after hours as needed
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of network projects to meet client goals
- Deliver technical support to various departments and external clients to resolve issues and ensure service quality
- Provide strategic technical planning for users and internal departments
- Conduct on-site visits and support across hospital locations and remote clinics as required
- Design, configure, and implement network solutions with a focus on minimal disruption to services
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and operational requirements in all network specifications
- Maintain network software systems at optimal performance levels according to vendor guidelines
- Create and update comprehensive documentation for network hardware and software configurations
