Requirements
Must:
- BA/BS or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management
- At least 5 years of experience in Sourcing Management or Supply Chain Management in commercial sourcing roles
- Proven analytical skills with a track record of guiding teams to achieve outcomes
- Experience in enhancing supply chain and supplier performance, utilizing cost models and objective-based performance metrics
- Extensive background in contracts and negotiations, including strategy creation and implementation
- Knowledge of robotics and automation, along with a strong grasp of supply chain processes and their synergy with robotic technology
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, Robotics and Automation, or a related area
- 5 years of experience in material or production planning
- 5 years in broad enterprise systems, including SAP, Oracle, and customized applications
- 5 years of proficiency in SQL and/or BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) for developing and maintaining supplier scorecards
- 2 years of negotiating software licensing agreements for robotics/AI (per-robot, per-site, usage-based, maintenance/support terms)
- 2 years of experience defining supplier and contract requirements for AI systems
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strategic vendor relationships through effective management, including the application of performance metrics and regular business assessments
- Stay updated on technology and industry trends related to data center equipment, conducting relevant market analyses
- Manage supplier proposals (RFI/RFQ) and award business contracts
- Formulate and implement negotiation strategies, agreeable terms, and oversee the negotiation process until contract finalization
- Negotiate complex agreements, such as Master Purchase Agreements (MPA), Master Service Agreements (MSA), and Statements of Work (SOW)
- Manage market and actual cost data, including creating should-cost models for data center equipment
- Collaborate broadly with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing Quality, Strategic Engineering and Design, Data Center Facility Operations, and Data Center Construction
- Oversee operations and establish key business metrics and risk indicators for continual improvement
- Facilitate crucial operations related to supply assurance and capacity in partnership with the Demand/Supply team
