Requirements

Responsibilities
- Engage deeply with enterprise developers and technical leaders to grasp their integration needs and challenges
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and technical reviews with key enterprise clients
- Cultivate strong relationships with enterprise development teams to comprehend their workflows and issues
- Convert customer feedback into actionable product requirements and priorities
- Define and implement the strategy for the enterprise API, balancing security and developer experience
- Create a detailed roadmap for enterprise API functionalities, including authentication, rate limiting, and compliance features
- Identify and prioritize critical enterprise integration patterns that deliver organizational value
- Collaborate with engineering to develop enterprise-quality API features, security measures, and deployment tools
- Design and establish frameworks and SDKs for enterprise integration across common systems
- Propel the creation of industry-specific API features and compliance capabilities
- Work alongside sales and customer success teams to understand enterprise needs and assist with technical evaluations
- Collaborate closely with security and compliance teams to uphold enterprise standards
- Partner with platform teams on API architecture and scalability
- Coordinate with marketing to create positioning and technical materials for the enterprise API
