Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
- Knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Familiarity with Conditional Access and MFA
- Experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
- Skills in managing Windows, iOS, and macOS devices
- Strong problem-solving and documentation capabilities
- Basic understanding of DNS and networking principles
- Preferred experience with Autotask or similar PSA tools
- Experience with RMM and remote support tools
- Basic exposure to Azure beyond identity
- Experience in SaaS backup and Microsoft 365 data protection
Responsibilities
- Support and manage Microsoft 365 tenants
- Oversee users, groups, roles, and access in Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Set up and maintain Conditional Access policies
- Assist with MFA and identity security configurations
- Manage and provide support for devices utilizing Microsoft Intune
- Troubleshoot issues related to authentication, licensing, sync, and access
- Help enhance tenant security and implement best practices
- Deliver clear and professional assistance to end users
