Responsibilities
- We analyze existing enterprise systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
- We document user needs and translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
- We design new solutions or modify current systems to support evolving business demands.
- We ensure new platforms and updates integrate smoothly with our existing tools and workflows.
- We evaluate operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements that increase productivity or reduce cost.
- We collaborate with business users, IT teams, and management to gather detailed requirements.
- We prepare system documentation, including design notes, specifications, testing plans, and user guides.
- We develop and execute testing procedures to confirm functionality and uncover issues before release.
- We create training materials, quick-reference resources, and knowledge base content for end users.
- We provide user training and ongoing support to help teams adopt systems effectively.
- We help ensure systems meet applicable compliance, security, and data protection standards.
- We analyze data patterns, produce reports, and share insights that support decision-making.
- We oversee system deployments, enhancements, and upgrades, keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
- We support supply chain issue resolution, including vendor escalations, credits, missing items, and quality concerns.
