Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, English, Technical Writing, or a related field
- Over 5 years of experience as a technical writer, documentation manager, or in product management with experience in technical documentation
- At least 3 years of experience or equivalent in Python and Git-based code tools development
- Proficient knowledge and experience in documentation design, organization, information architecture, and web development
- Familiarity with Sphinx and reStructuredText
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Current working knowledge of LLM-based tools and AI agents is preferred
- Experience in AI/ML infrastructure and model development is beneficial
- Proven record of effective collaboration with engineering teams
- Experience in gathering and integrating customer feedback
- Understanding of Model Context Protocol and structured AI agent support frameworks
- Basic project management capabilities, including Jira tracking and reporting
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various Neuron engineering teams to strategize and generate content for Neuron releases and ensure timely material delivery
- Develop interactive content based on code, tailored for Neurons developer users
- Oversee and update documentation efforts and progress in an Agile work environment
- Establish and implement documentation strategies that yield effective technical content created by engineers and subject matter experts
- Maintain high documentation quality standards and enforce style guidelines
- Create documentation plans and develop content roadmaps
- Utilize expertise in AI agents and LLMs to innovate tools that transform subject matter knowledge into organized, user-friendly technical documentation
- Envision and define the future of Neurons technical documentation as an AI-driven, interactive experience
- Formulate plans to enhance operational efficiency and productivity within the documentation process
- Partner with Product Management to ensure documentation aligns with product goals
