Requirements
Must:
- I hold a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- I possess more than 5 years of hands-on experience in Design for Test (DFT) for large processor and/or System on Chip (SoC) designs.
- I have knowledge of industry-standard tools and practices in DFT, including Automated Test Pattern Generation (ATPG), Joint Test Action Group (JTAG), Memory Built-In Self-Test (MBIST), and understand the trade-offs between test quality and test time.
- I have experience in developing automation scripts.
Responsibilities
- I will develop, implement, and verify cutting-edge DFT architectures.
- I will collaborate with block designers to integrate DFT implementations.
- I will work with the physical design team to establish and execute the DFT insertion flow.
- I will create high-coverage and cost-effective DFT methodologies.
- I will perform RTL coding and verification.
- I will engage in silicon debugging and write scripts for efficiently managing Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) related data.
- I will communicate and collaborate effectively with team members across various disciplines.
