Our compensation is aligned with market conditions across various U.S. geographic regions, ranging from $151,300 per year in lower geographic markets to $261,500 per year in higher markets. Pay may vary based on experience, skills, and knowledge, and Amazon offers a comprehensive total compensation package that may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and extensive benefits.
