Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- 5+ years of experience in leading design or architecture of new and existing systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scalability.
- 5+ years of experience covering the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Proven experience as a mentor, technical lead, or in leading an engineering team.
Responsibilities
- I will provide Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) and Satellite Management Controller (SMC) software and firmware for Machine Learning Accelerator (MLA) servers.
- I will continuously collaborate with other server and board software teams that are responsible for accelerator management firmware and additional programmable logic devices.
- I will work within the larger MLA Systems Software group to support developing mission-mode firmware, manufacturing exercises, and automation for qualification and deployment.
- I will participate in new product development through early concept design reviews, schematic approvals, offsite board bring-up, and laboratory testing.

Our compensation is aligned with market conditions across various U.S. geographic regions, ranging from $151,300 per year in lower geographic markets to $261,500 per year in higher markets.
