Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree
- Proven experience in developing and managing product strategy and definition
- Demonstrated capability in delivering product features while understanding relevant trade-offs
- Participation in engineering discussions regarding technological decisions and strategies
- Background in managing technical products or online services
- Experience advocating for diverse customers and stakeholders during executive-level planning and prioritization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in analytical tools like Tableau, QlikView, or QuickSight
- Experience in driving the adoption of new tools
Responsibilities
- Define and implement product strategy and roadmap based on customer insights in collaboration with engineering leaders
- Evaluate the technical ramifications of product architecture and optimization choices
- Ensure technical alignment among Neuron components, workflows, and dependencies
- Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to establish and launch new features
- Create clear and concise documentation such as PRFAQ and PRD
- Craft user stories and ensure features align with developer expectations
- Facilitate discussions on features with customers, engineering teams, and various stakeholders
- Proactively manage potential obstacles, risks, and escalate issues while balancing technical limitations
- Identify opportunities for innovation on behalf of customers, design features to address these, and enhance the developer experience
- Foster ecosystem partnerships and keep abreast of industry trends
- Represent the product at relevant industry events
