Responsibilities

In this role, I am seeking a leader for a technical team that plays a vital part in delivering profiling and optimization tools for our Neuron ML accelerator fleet. You will collaborate closely with both hardware and software teams to ensure the necessary tools are available for performance profiling of extensive ML workloads, identify bottlenecks, and provide automated improvement recommendations. The Neuron Core Tools team develops and maintains a suite of profiling software, enabling performance engineers to create and enhance custom kernels that will improve the efficiency of large workloads. Key responsibilities include: - Providing technical leadership to the Neuron Core Tools team. - Collaborating with framework and compiler teams. - Gathering requirements from various groups, including training, inference, and runtime teams. - Working with the compiler performance team to ensure the timely release of core performance tools. - Anticipating future needs based on our product roadmap and developing the required tools to enhance efficiency in large-scale computing. ###
