Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree
- Proven experience in shaping and directing product strategy and defining roadmaps
- Background in delivering features and understanding product trade-offs
- Experience in contributing to engineering discussions regarding technology and product strategy
- Familiarity with managing technical products or online services
- Strong capability to represent and advocate for diverse customer needs during executive-level planning
Responsibilities
- Define and implement product strategy and roadmap based on customer insights, in partnership with engineering leadership
- Evaluate technical effects of product design and optimization choices
- Facilitate technical alignment among Neuron components and associated workflows
- Collaborate closely with software engineers to outline and implement new features
- Create clear documentation such as PRFAQs and PRDs
- Write user stories and ensure that features align with developer requirements
- Lead feature discussions with customers, engineering teams, and stakeholders
- Anticipate potential challenges, manage risks, and handle escalations while balancing technical constraints
- Identify chances for innovation on behalf of customers, design features to leverage those opportunities, and strive to enhance the developer experience
- Establish ecosystem partnerships and stay abreast of industry developments
- Represent our product at significant industry events
