Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- 5 years of experience in RTL design for SoCs
- 5 years of experience in VLSI engineering
- 5 years of experience with code quality tools such as Spyglass, LINT, or CDC
- Proficient in scripting for automation (e.g., Python, Perl, Ruby) is a plus
- Familiar with microarchitecture, SystemVerilog RTL, assertions, and SDC constraints
- Knowledgeable in data path design, interconnects, and AXI protocol
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Integrate various subsystems into the overall SoC design, ensuring optimal clock, reset, functional, and DFT signal routing
- Collaborate as a vital member of the ASIC design team to deliver high performance, area, and power efficient RTL to meet design targets
- Evaluate designs, microarchitecture, or architecture to make informed trade-offs based on specified features, power, performance, or area
- Develop microarchitecture, implement SystemVerilog RTL, and ensure clean synthesis/timing designs with defined constraints
- Conduct lint and clock domain crossing quality checks on design output
- Coordinate with architects, design colleagues, verification teams, and validation teams to achieve project goals
