Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in Designing, Building, and/or Modeling RF Circuits and/or associated Signal Processing Hardware (1-10GHz required, 10GHz+ desired).
- Proficiency with high-speed (5GSps+) ADC and DAC circuits, along with knowledge of signal conditioning and low phase noise clock distribution techniques.
- Familiarity with RF Measurement Equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, and Signal Generators.
- Experience with General Electronics Measurement Equipment, including Oscilloscopes and Multi-meters.
- Knowledge of grounding and shielding techniques.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
Responsibilities
- Define, design, verify, and validate products.
- Support PCB schematic design efforts.
- Conduct network analysis of circuits.
- Create documentation to facilitate Firmware/Software teams in enabling and testing hardware functionality.
- Develop and implement comprehensive product test plans.
- Collaborate in a team environment to develop COTS solutions with the end-user in focus.
- Maintain Bill of Materials and assembly drawings to assist purchasing and manufacturing processes.
- Perform testing using laboratory equipment including Multi-meters, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, RF Signal Generators, among others.
- Work alongside other design teams including HW, SW, FW, Mechanical, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
- Communicate and present designs effectively to customers.
