Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the data center field.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the safety, quality, scheduling, and financial performance of assigned projects.
- Ensure availability of skilled resources and the necessary tools for project execution.
- Manage and coordinate daily activities of 3-5 crews.
- Deliver multiple data center construction projects on time and within budget.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced project managers.
- Evaluate projects for profitability, accuracy, and adherence to organizational values.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections during field activities.
- Participate in pre-construction and ongoing project meetings.
- Establish clear expectations and scope of work for projects.
- Perform site surveys to verify plans and material needs.
- Collaborate with operations management to drive project success.
- Meet regularly with team members to assess goals, progress, and key performance indicators.
- Actively mentor team members to foster their growth and achievements.
- Identify training resources for enhancing employee skills in technical and business practices.
- Champion innovative concepts in project design and proposals.
- Encourage seeking advice from industry experts for greater project efficiency.
- Approve timesheets, expense reports, and invoices for team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations in accordance with company policies.
- Foster a strong safety culture among staff and contractors.
- Provide guidance and leadership to ensure timely completion of project assignments.
