Must:

- Experience managing multiple teams effectively
- Demonstrated ability to oversee project safety, quality, schedule, and budget
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and vendors
- Proven track record of mentoring less experienced project managers
- Familiarity with QA inspections and maintaining corporate standards
- Capacity to conduct site surveys and ensure project alignment with goals
- Commitment to promoting a strong safety culture within the team
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety, quality, budget, and timeline are met for assigned projects
- Manage resource allocation, ensuring team members are equipped and trained
- Guide 3-5 crews daily, overseeing their performance and project outcomes
- Concurrently handle multiple data center construction projects, ensuring timely delivery
- Mentor and develop junior project managers through support and coaching
- Review project plans for accuracy, profitability, and adherence to company values
- Perform regular quality assurance inspections of ongoing field projects
- Attend pre-construction and status meetings with clients and vendors
- Clearly define and communicate project expectations and scopes of work
- Validate site conditions against project plans and materials during surveys
- Collaborate with peers and management to achieve project objectives
- Hold regular meetings with team members to track progress and set goals
- Assist in training and educational resources for team members
- Foster innovative approaches in project design and execution
- Encourage team consultation with industry experts for optimal results
- Approve time sheets, expense reports, and invoices for team members
- Assess employee performance in alignment with company policies
- Promote a strong safety culture among staff and subcontractors
- Provide leadership and direction to ensure timely project completion
