Responsibilities
- Engage with end users and cross-functional process owners to comprehend existing workflows and processes.
- Analyze user and application telemetry to gain insight into human interactions with technology.
- Integrate information and data from Users, Process Owners, Data Scientists, and Telemetry systems to enhance user journeys via interactive wireframes.
- Collaborate daily with Delivery Managers and direct reports to ensure engineering efforts incorporate new technologies and reusable components.
- Develop and deploy features continuously, ensuring automated unit and integration testing.
- Conduct daily code reviews to maintain high standards and facilitate frequent production deployments.
- Contribute to our long-term technical roadmap.
