Requirements
Must:
- Proven leadership experience in managing and expanding AI/ML teams.
- Experience implementing AI technologies in secure environments (e.g., air-gapped systems).
- In-depth knowledge of deep learning methodologies and current generative AI advancements (such as Agents and Vision-Language Action models).
- Proficient programming abilities.
- Eligible for obtaining and maintaining a U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic direction for deploying safe and effective agents on warfighting hardware.
- Lead a team of machine learning engineers, researchers, and product managers with security clearances.
- Provide substantial technical guidance on the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI solutions.
- Utilize and refine the worlds largest defense robotics dataset to create innovative AI functionalities.
- Collaborate with internal testing groups to establish specialized evaluation criteria for defense applications.
- Work alongside U.S.-based Frontier AI Labs to transform the integration of autonomy in embedded systems.
