Network Engineer - Cisco and Juniper Focus

- Conduct remote and onsite troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve network-related incidents - Address routine requests and escalated issues via our ITSM system - Carry out basic network capacity assessments and site surveys - Communicate with third-party vendors for support and coordination - Maintain knowledge bases, system documentation, user guides, and configuration manuals - Contribute to documentation for knowledge transfer and participate in cross-training sessions - Engage in root cause and post-mortem analyses following incidents - Perform hardware upgrades and system support as needed - Attend client project meetings during deployment phases - Help develop standards for design, configuration, testing, and documentation to ensure policy compliance - Update asset inventory and maintain the DCIM database - Execute additional duties as assigned - Assist with Tier 1 Backup and Disaster Recovery service issues - Engage in client-led Disaster Recovery planning and exercises - Guide the deployment of management solutions and platforms - Participate in projects while adhering to specific timelines - Support data center and onsite operations, including server and network device deployments - Monitor and troubleshoot server/network issues, escalating as necessary - Decommission outdated equipment and conduct client site orientations - Manage corporate risks related to services platforms and create or update documentation - Complete progress reports and participate in the On-Call rotation for after-hours alerts
