Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Strong understanding of SQL, including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases
- Experience with R and Python for statistical analysis and data modeling
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in business analysis to relate data to organizational objectives
- Skills in database design for creating effective data structures that meet analytical demands
- Knowledge of VBA scripting for automating tasks
- Experience with Bash (Unix shell) scripting for data processing workflows
- Excellent analytical capabilities to interpret complex datasets accurately
- Familiarity with Visio for process mapping and documentation
Responsibilities
- Gather, cleanse, and analyze extensive datasets using SQL, R, Python, and other analytical tools
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau and Power BI to effectively present insights to stakeholders
- Design and enhance databases employing Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, ensuring data integrity and efficiency
- Assist in project management activities within Agile frameworks, including sprint planning and tracking progress
- Engage in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to confirm that data solutions align with business needs
- Conduct business analysis to uncover opportunities for process enhancements and automation utilizing VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and Visio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into technical specifications
- Document data workflows, database design, and analytical procedures for compliance and knowledge sharing
