Requirements

Must:
- 4+ years of IT support experience in a law firm or corporate IT setting. - Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong troubleshooting abilities with Windows 10/11, Citrix, document management systems, and Adobe Acrobat Professional. - Excellent communication and customer service skills, capable of interacting directly with attorneys, staff, and firm leadership. - Familiarity with managing user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange. - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Coverage for the Delaware office will be required.

Responsibilities

- Provide frontline IT support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in-person. - Manage the ticketing system to log, track, and resolve IT requests swiftly, minimizing downtime. - Support legal applications by troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365, Citrix, document management systems, and other legal-specific software essential for casework. - Conduct technology training and support by offering desk-side coaching to attorneys and staff to enhance their technological proficiency and efficiency. - Assist with trial and meeting support, including A/V setups, video conferencing, and conference room technology for significant legal proceedings. - Manage hardware and security by tracking IT assets, configuring devices for new hires, and escalating security concerns as necessary. - Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support to ensure seamless firm operations (extra compensation is provided).
